DRUNKEN DRIVING

A 43-year-old Eldorado, Wis., man was arrested for drunken driving and open intoxicants in the 14000 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 1 a.m. March 2. The man said he had three cocktails and was just coming from a bar. When asked if he had too much to drink he said, "Yes." He failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of 0.15.

OTHER

A 34-year-old Mequon man was mailed a citation for harassment after he called and left threatening and obscene messages to his ex-wife, also of Mequon, at 2:15 p.m. Feb. 24.

A 21-year-old Mequon man was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 9800 block of North Shannon Court after he tweeted he wanted to "shoot up" a Chase Bank because he was angry at so many overdraft charges at 2 p.m. Feb. 28. The man said he didn't own any guns and had no intention of doing any shooting. He was just having a "very bad day."

A 36-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for violation of blood alcohol level, because of three prior convictions for drunken driving, driving left of center and warned for unreasonable speed after going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 7600 block of West County Line Road at 11 p.m. March 1. Because of his previous drunken driving convictions the man could not drive with a blood alcohol level exceeding 0.02. He failed to give a breath sample and was taken for a blood draw.
