MEQUON

ASSAULT

A 52-year-old Oshkosh man was arrested for fourth-degree sexual assault, lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct after he exposed himself and touched a woman indecently at Bangers Tavern, 6006 W. Mequon Road, at 1 p.m. May 27. The victim was later arrested for a parole violation. She was on a no-drink order and had been drinking.

DRUG POSSESSION

An officer in an unmarked squad car called for backup after seeing two cars speeding over 90 mph in a 65 mph zone on Interstate 43 at Mequon Road at 10:35 p.m. May 27. The drivers, a 17-year-old Port Washington girl and a 19-year-old Saukville woman, were arrested for speeding and the woman also for possession of a controlled substance, an Ecstasy pill, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Three passengers were also arrested: a 21-year-old Grafton man for possession of marijuana, a 17-year-old Port Washington girl for underage drinking and possession of drug paraphernalia and a 19-year-old Jackson man for resisting after giving a false name and subject of a warrant. The marijuana and paraphernalia were found in fast food bags on the floor of one of the cars.

A 31-year-old Mequon woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without headlights and running a red light at Highland and Port Washington roads at 1:30 a.m. June 1. Marijuana was found in the car, which smelled of the drug, along with a grinder and a glass pipe with residue.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

A 20-year-old Mequon man was arrested for absolute sobriety, underage person transporting alcohol and expired registration on Wauwatosa Road at Willowbrook Court at 3:10 a.m. May 20. A half-bottle of vodka was found in the car. The man's preliminary blood alcohol content was 0.082.

A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving, with three prior convictions, after he stopped at a green light, signaled to make a turn and drove straight ahead at Mequon and Range Line roads at 12:05 a.m. May 26. The man who smelled of alcohol, had glassy eyes and failed field sobriety tests. His preliminary BAC was 0.139 and he was taken for a blood draw.

A 42-year-old Holmen, Wis., woman was arrested for drunken driving and defective license plate lamp in the 2600 block of West Highland Road at 2:13 a.m. May 27. She failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.13.

A 21-year-old Mequon woman was arrested for drunken driving and expired registration in the 11900 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 3:20 a.m. May 31. Her BAC was 0.10.

OTHER

A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after his car was stopped for unauthorized license plate on Wasaukee and Freistadt roads at 7:39 a.m. May 26. The plate was registered to another car. A pipe with residue was found in the car and the man admitted smoking marijuana.

A 14-year-old Mequon boy was cited for disorderly conduct after he was found with a knife hidden in his sock at Lake Shore Middle School, 11036 N. Range Line Road, at 1:25 p.m. May 29. The boy said he forgot the knife was in his backpack and didn't want to leave it in his locker so he had it with him. He was turned over to a parent.

Two 17-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy all of Mequon were cited for damage to property after smashing eggs and spreading ketchup on a car at Homestead High School, 5000 W. Mequon Road, at 8:55 a.m. May 30. The act was caught on surveillance video and the boys identified. They said it was "retaliation" for the car's owner toilet papering someone's house.

THIENSVILLE

OTHER

A 30-year-old Thiensville man was arrested for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle after "doing donuts" with his vehicle in a parking lot in the 200 block of North Main Street at 7:26 p.m. May 31. He was driving the vehicle in circles, and then attempted to leave the parking lot in another vehicle. Pieces of the tires were also found in the parking lot. The driver said he had just finished working on his car and "wanted to try it out."
