MEQUON

ASSAULT

A woman came to the police department March 10 to report that her daughter was the victim of a sexual assault at Homestead High School, 5000 W. Mequon Road, during a basketball game Jan. 10. The girl allegedly performed oral sex on a 17-year-old boy, also a student. The girl said the boy asked her to go outside to his car and then asked her to perform the act. The boy told police that it was the girl's idea - she asked him and he agreed. The case was sent to the District Attorney for review.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 52-year-old Germantown man was arrested for possession of 1.75 grams of marijuana, possession of a pipe with residue and inattentive driving after he was seen weaving in traffic, then driving into a ditch, backing out and knocking over two mailboxes in the 11700 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 26. He admitted using marijuana saying he was a war veteran and used the drug to deal with stress.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

A 43-year-old Cedarburg man was arrested for drunken driving and unsafe lane deviation after he was seen weaving in traffic in the 10800 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 1:30 a.m. March 7. The man, who admitted having a "few beers," had a blood alcohol content of 0.15.

OTHER

A 21-year-old Ephraim man was arrested for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at North Shore BP, 11147 N. Port Washington Road, at 7 p.m. March 14. He ordered a soda. He then became angry when he tried to pay for it with a credit card and was told credit cards were only accepted on purchases over $5. He swung at the soda which flew off the counter and hit the clerk. The disorderly conduct fine is $429.
