North Shore election results roundup

The April 2 spring election decided 11 contested races throughout Milwaukee's North Shore.  Below are links to NorthShoreNOW's election coverage:

Long-time Alderman Dan Abendroth unseats Mayor Curt Gielow in a neck and neck race, changing the course of development in the city of Mequon.

Incumbents hold out against challengers in the majority of North Shore muncipal contests. Our story centers around the Whitefish Bay Village Board race while including stats from others.

Our school board story centers around the Fox Point-Bayside race, where restaurateur Elizabeth Wick and Nicolet math teacher Mike Weidner won out in a four-way contest between newcomers. Other results included.
