DRUG POSSESSION

· A 19-year-old Mequon man was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia along with an 18-year-old Mequon man after a 911 call reporting a possible drug overdose of synthetic marijuana in the 10000 block of North Cedarburg Road at 5:50 p.m. Jan. 23. Police traced the 911 call to this residence. The 19-year-old had locked himself in a bathroom and at first would not come out. When he did, he admitted using the synthetic drug and having a bad reaction.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

· A 22-year-old Sheboygan woman was arrested for drunken driving after being stopped for driving without lights in the 11200 block of Interstate 43 at 2:45 a.m. Jan. 18. The woman, who said she was at a party in Mequon, failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of 0.12.

OTHER

· A 37-year-old Mequon woman and a 39-year-old Brown Deer man were arrested for disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of West Baldwin Court about noon Jan. 18. The couple were in a car when they began to argue. Both said the other was the aggressor. No injuries were reported.

· A 52-year-old Mequon man was arrested for providing a place for underage drinking and eight males and females, ages 17 to 19 from Mequon and Thiensville, for underage drinking in the 10400 block of North Riverlake Drive at 11:46 p.m. Jan. 18. Police were on the scene after following two speeding cars, one that drove away and one that pulled into this driveway. A male ran from that car into the home slamming the door. After police knocked on the door, the Mequon man came outside and was "evasive" about any drinking and would not allow police to enter. A warrant was issued and police did enter the home finding numerous bottles of alcohol scattered about along with a water bong, a scale with residue, rolling papers and cigarillos with the contents scooped out. An investigation is ongoing along with possible additional charges.

· A Mequon woman, age not released, was arrested for simple battery/domestic violence related, after she and her husband began to argue and she "smacked him" at 12:18 a.m. Jan. 19. The husband then called 911.
