BURGLARY

Items valued at about $7,000 - including power and hand tools, cameras, a shotgun and eight-track tapes - were taken from a condo in the 12900 block of North Colony Drive prior to 7:45 a.m. June 27. The condo was in foreclosure and most of the items had been packed for moving.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 23-year-old Mequon woman was arrested for possession of 1.5 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and open intoxicants after the car she was in was stopped in the 10800 block of North River Road at 4:15 a.m. June 29. A 20-year-old Milwaukee man, the driver, was arrested for absolute sobriety, underage drinking with a prior conviction, failure to signal and driving while suspended. He was wearing only boxer shorts and when asked why said he and the woman were doing "inappropriate activities." His BAC was 0.11.

A 27-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license and operating with a controlled substance in the 11000 North Wasaukee Road at 10:45 a.m. July 1. There was a strong odor of both fresh and burnt marijuana in the car, and the man admitted he smoked some an hour before. Two bags with 8.8 grams of marijuana were found along with a pipe. The man was taken for a blood draw.

A 17-year-old Mequon boy was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and unsafe lane deviation in the 10800 North Port Washington Road at 12:20 a.m. July 4.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

A 41-year-old Mequon man was arrested for driving while impaired after a 911 call of an erratic driver exiting Interstate 43 and continuing on to the 10700 block of North De La Warr Circle about 6:30 p.m. June 28. Prescription medication was found in the car, which is being checked for ownership. The man was taken for a blood draw.

A 42-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving, no proof of insurance and making an illegal left turn after a 911 call reporting a possible drunk driver in the 11200 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 4:20 p.m. June 30. The man had a preliminary BAC of 0.34 and was taken for a blood draw.

A 61-year-old Mequon man was arrested for drunken driving and making an illegal left turn in the 11200 block of North Port Washington Road at 12:15 a.m. July 1. His BAC was 0.11.

A 20-year-old Wauwatosa man was arrested for violation of absolute sobriety, underage drinking, underage person transporting alcohol and lane deviation in the 4300 block of West Mequon Road at 5:25 a.m. July 1. An 18-year-old Wauwatosa man, his passenger, was arrested for underage drinking with a prior conviction. Both men had a BAC of 0.06.
