A credit card was taken from an employee's purse in a staff area at Concordia University, 12800 N. Lake Shore Drive, between 5 and 7:30 p.m. March 13. The card was used twice at Walgreens in Mequon to purchase items valued at more than $239 and attempted at a Germantown store. Surveillance video is being reviewed.
A 33-year-old Mequon man was arrested for drunken driving, speeding 60 mph in a 45 mph zone and warned for expired registration in the 10100 block of North Cedarburg Road at 12:25 a.m. March 9. The man, who said he was unaware he was speeding, had a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.109 and was taken for a blood draw.
A 40-year-old Mequon man was arrested for drunken driving and speeding 63 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 10400 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 11:10 p.m. March 14. His BAC was 0.14.
A 24-year-old Grafton man was arrested for drunken driving, unsafe lane deviation and speeding 60 mph in a 45 mph zone in the 12800 block of North Port Washington Road at 3 a.m. March 15. His BAC was 0.11.
A 47-year-old Grafton woman was arrested for drunken driving and speeding 61 mph in a 45 mph zone in the 14100 block of North Port Washington Road at 3 a.m. March 17. The woman, who admitted having "a few" drinks, had a BAC of 0.15.
Two Mequon males, 17 and 18, and a Mequon girl, age not available, were cited for underage drinking after a report of an underage drinking party at a home near Mequon and Whilton roads at 11:38 p.m. March 16. The girl's mother had called police when she was unable to reach her daughter by phone. The girl was found highly intoxicated and taken to a hospital. The males fled in a car but were stopped.
A town of Cedarburg boy and a Mequon girl, both 17, were arrested for underage drinking after police found them sitting in a running car at the Katherine Kearney Carpenter Park, 801 W. Zedler Lane, at 12:45 a.m. March 17.
An 18-year-old Milwaukee man and a 17-year-old Thiensville girl were arrested for underage drinking after the vehicle they were in was stopped for not having a front license plate in the 100 block of South Main Street at 1:36 a.m. March 24. The man, who was driving, smelled of alcohol. Upon searching the vehicle an open can of beer was at the girl's feet. She was also cited for open intoxicants.
