MEQUON

THEFT

Four wheels and rims were taken from a 2012 Subaru Legacy at Sommer's Subaru, 7211 W. Mequon Road, on Nov. 5 or 6. The car was found on concrete blocks. Replacement will cost more than $3,000.

An overnight bag with clothing, a digital media player and charger with a value of about $375 was reported taken from a car at the Highland House, 12741 N. Port Washington Road, at 6:45 p.m. Nov. 2. A window was broken to gain entry causing more than $200 damage.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 20-year-old Grafton man was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving after revocation, driving while impaired, with a prior conviction, violation of his occupational license, violation of absolute sobriety and underage drinking in the 12400 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 1:26 a.m. Nov. 9. The man, who said he was just called into work at a fast-food restaurant, admitted smoking marijuana earlier and also admitted he had some in his car. He smokes the drug, he said, because he's hyperglycemic. A pipe with residue, 1.7 grams of marijuana and a number empty plastic bags with residue were found in the car. His blood alcohol content was 0.04 and he was taken for a blood draw.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

A 19-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was arrested for drunken driving, violation of absolute sobriety, underage drinking, underage person transporting alcohol, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 10500 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 3. There was a strong odor of air freshener in the car and a marijuana pipe with residue was found near the driver's door and a bag with 0.9 grams of marijuana under the seat. The woman admitted "smoking weed" saying the pipe was hers but she didn't know how it got "there." The woman, who was dressed in a tube top and shorts, admitted drinking at The Rave, a nightclub in Milwaukee. Her passenger, a 19-year-old Menomonee Falls woman, who said she had "one sip" of alcohol, was arrested for underage drinking. Her BAC was 0.07 and driver's was 0.08.

A 35-year-old West Allis man was arrested for drunken driving after an officer saw him driving erratically at Interstate 43 and County Line Road at 12:35 a.m. Nov. 3. The man admitted having "a couple beers." His BAC was 0.20.

A 31-year-old West Bend man was arrested for drunken driving and failure to yield after he almost hit a squad car that had the right of way in the 12100 block of North Corporate Parkway at 4 a.m. Nov. 3. The man admitted having about four beers. His BAC was 0.12.

A 29-year-old Green Bay man was arrested for drunken driving and warned for failure to stop for a sign in the 11800 block of North Solar Avenue at 3 p.m. Nov. 4. The man admitted drinking and had a BAC of 0.21.

A 42-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving, with three prior convictions, and unsafe lane deviation in the 9600 block of North Port Washington Road at 8:15 p.m. Nov. 8. The woman had just left a gasoline station and an employee called police to report that she seemed intoxicated. When stopped, she admitted having two beers three hours before. Her preliminary BAC was 0.176 and she was taken for a blood draw.

A 46-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving, failure to notify police of a change of address, driving left of center and refusal to take a breath test in the 4900 block of West Kathleen Lane at 12:26 a.m. Nov. 9. The woman, who said she had "a little bit" to drink, had a hard time remembering where she lived. She was taken for a blood draw.

OTHER

A 51-year-old Mequon man was arrested for disorderly conduct after a neighbor told police the man had yelled and threatened him and his family in the 11300 block of North Laguna Drive at 4 p.m. Nov. 4. The man admitted yelling.

A 21-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for disorderly conduct after being drunk and disorderly yelling so loudly from the basement he could be heard on the first floor at MATC, 5555 W. Highland Road, at 4:10 p.m. Nov. 5. The man, who had been drinking, said he just won his first ever pool game. His BAC was 0.08.

A 46-year-old Thiensville man was arrested for disorderly conduct after becoming upset with family members about his food in the 400 block of Susan Lane at 8:19 p.m. Nov. 12. The man, who had been drinking, threw cake and other items in the home and used profanities.
