Mequon Resident Among the Five Attorneys Promoted to Partnership at Foley & Lardner
Foley & Lardner LLP announced that five of the firm’s senior counsel have been elected to partnership in the Milwaukee office, including Robert J. Heinrich of Mequon.
Robert J. Heinrich is a member of the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions Practice. He concentrates his practice in representing issuers, hedge funds, underwriters and commercial banks in securitization transactions and other types of structured financings. He has experience with a wide variety of financial assets (including trade receivables, auto loans and leases, equipment chattel paper, health care receivables and student loans) and with the negotiation and delivery of true sale and non-consolidation legal opinions. In addition, he regularly advises public and private borrowers in structuring, documenting and administering commercial lending transactions.
